Description
This year the Geographer’s Kitchen and Farmer Kaelyn team up to take
you and your friends on a culinary adventure to the Tropical Andes.
Following a transect from the Peruvian Coast eastward to the Andean Highlands and down to the Cloud Forests of the Upper Amazon, we will transform carefully curated ingredients into a multi-course tasting menu (paired with wines and a few Geographer’s tales) that will keep you and your guest filled with delight and wonder long into the evening.
How is this possible? Because of the topographic and climate diversity of Sonoma County (and because of adventurous gardeners) we are able to grow many of the unique crops that originated in Peru and other parts of the Tropical Andes.
