Bistro Agnes is steeped in the rich history of French cuisine and is born of the chefs' desire to share that tradition with Portland friends and family. At Bistro Agnes, Greg and Gabi find inspiration in bringing cooking back to the basics and bring you the warmth, comfort, and good cheer reminiscent of favorite Parisian bistros.

The Bistro Agnes wine list reflects a desire to arouse the same nostalgia as the culinary delights focusing on Pinot Noir from Burgundy and the Willamette Valley. Both the old and new world wines conjure a sense of place, and are hand-picked to celebrate the flavors of the Bistro Agnes menu.
