As a Personal Trainer, I'm a huge advocate for healthy living and becoming the very best version of yourself. I believe that exercise, nutrition and being physically active are the three main components to living a long and healthy life. In today’s fast paced world, this can be a tough task. For some people, exercising can be overwhelming and difficult to fit into their busy schedule, for others it may be confusing to undertake a routine and to perform it safely. There's so much information on the web, but none tailored specifically for an individual's needs.
I'm dedicated to providing my clients the opportunity they need to reach their personal, health and wellness goals . My aim is to challenge and motivate my clients to exceed their potential, by helping them become accountable with their exercise routine and nutrition intake.
Each client receives a complimentary evaluation fitness assessment session; each individual is different and has specific weaknesses and strengths, this evaluation provides the foundation for a client's workout program, designed specifically for their needs.
Your health and wellness is important, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, improve endurance, maintain current physique or become healthy. My duty is to improve the way the body functions while producing amazing results.
Special Instructions
Will schedule sessions directly with Sherie based on mutual availability.
Sessions can take place at the clients home (if space permits), at a gym that allows outside trainers or the park.
Sherie will work with the client on their specific goals and can have access to a training studio for an additional fee if the client prefers. All equipment needed is provided by Sherie.
