Absorbs quickly and provides a long-lasting, anti-shine finish while delivering broad spectrum protection from the sun’s harmful rays.

Apply to face and neck as needed
Can be used under makeup

Balancing Toner

Apply with a cotton ball or pad in an upward motion, morning and night as needed
