Exploring your potential energy in a warm environment through yoga asana, breath awareness, compression and release will support and promote your body’s natural ability to release toxins, heal muscle tissue trauma, and improve circulation. We encourage you to listen to your body, rest in savasana as needed, and allow the heat to elevate your experience through a body and mind connection.

Items available for pickup at the Larchmont Charter Administrative Office, 444 N. Larchmont Blvd., #207, Los Angeles, CA 90004 on Tuesday, May 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you are not local or can not pick up your items on May 15, the item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you make alternate arrangements for pick up by emailing us at gala@larchmontcharter.org
