"Finding Your Inner Voice" includes a guided meditation with music opening the seven energy center (chakras) in our human subtle system. Stephen Day, who studied the Sarod (a nineteen stringed fretless instrument) in India for three years with the legendary master Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, will play ragas (ancient melodies) and then give you a guide map for how and when to continue your inner journey at home with the music on his new CD entitled 'The Hadal Zone'.
In addition he will give you vocalization techniques for each chakra that reveal the beauty that lies in the soul-deepening experience of discovering your inner voice.
