Renowned for his symphony cycles, Gustavo Dudamel now focuses on the pure-hearted music of Robert Schumann, one of the greatest composers of the Romantic era despite his many travails. Mitsuko Uchida, acknowledged as one of the foremost Schumann interpreters, joins us for his only Piano Concerto.
