This certificate can be used at any Edible Education Experience at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation House & Culinary Garden. Events where the certificate can be used include: Summer Camp, Holiday Camps, Chef Night (monthly, family-friendly), Teacher Academy(2 days in June). May also be applied to a scheduled school field trip.
