The mission of Chabot Space & Science Center is to be a place for students of all ages to learn and be inspired about the Universe and our Planet Earth.
Founded as an observatory in 1883, today Chabot offers visitors hands-on experiences, interactive exhibits and space related artifacts, and Planetarium shows that explore the universe and life here on earth. Combined with a changing program of workshops, Science Camp, outreach programs and special events,
Chabot Space & Science Center has become the Bay Area's go to destination for visitors of all ages who want to discover and learn about space and earth sciences.

Special Instructions
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 7) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 10, between 2-4:30pm, OR Friday, May 11, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 7, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $8.70.
Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance up to $50.
The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
