4 Strength Training Sessions with trainer Christina Woodworth-Powell at Santa Rosa Strength and Wellness.
The progressive resistance training protocol used at Santa Rosa Strength has its roots in the SuperSlow exercise movement. Our unique method of exercise has been scientifically proven to provide you with:

Christina is a Sonoma County native and grew up in the outdoors hiking, backpacking, and whitewater rafting. She always had a strong physical drive; a competitive gymnast as a child, avid hiker as a teen and whitewater river guide at 18 year old. Christina loves sharing physical experiences with people and
creating community. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Community Studies and Master’s of Arts in Humanities and Leadership. The Super Slow method it was a 20 minute weekly commitment to being mindful and fully present with your body. Christina is excited to help people realize their strength potential in this warm, welcoming environment. Christina lives in Sebastopol with her husband and eight year-old daughter.

Special Instructions
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 7) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 10th, from 12-2pm OR Friday, May 11th, from 1-4pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@ thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 7, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $5.45.
Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.
The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
