This studio has the perfect Sebastopol location, on a quiet street near the Laguna de Santa Rosa wetlands, but only one block from the Barlow and the downtown plaza. The studio is private, quiet and cozy. There is a mini-fridge and microwave, coffee/tea station, large-screen TV, internet, sitting area with couch, and a rustic outdoor (private) shower.

Some date restrictions will apply, including limited summer availability. Must contact owner to reserve.

Special Instructions

Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 7) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 10th, from 12-2pm OR Friday, May 11th, from 1-4pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.


Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 7, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $5.45.


Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.


The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
