2015 Cabernet Sauvignon "The Cab", Lodi Varietal- THE Cab is a rich ruby color in the glass with sultry aromas of boysenberry, black currant, baking spice and vanilla. The luxuriously supple palate reveals flavors of blackberry cobbler, cedar spice and a balanced finish marked by velvety tannins. Pair THE Cab with grilled meats, braises or stews; hearty fare that can stand up to a youthful Cabernet.
2015 Zinfandel "The Zin", Lodi Varieta- composed of 76% Zinfandel, plus a small amount each Cabernet Franc, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignane.
Bold notes of raspberry and clove follow flavors of cranberry on the palate. Firm tannins meld into a lovely, soft acidity making this a wonderfully balanced Zinfandel. Pairs perfectly with oven roasted pork chops and apples or even spicy Cajun dishes to kick it up.

Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 7) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Wednesday, May 9, between 2 and 4 pm, OR Friday, May 11, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 7, at 9 am, to elect to pick up the item.
Shipping and insurance fees will be determined at auction close. The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
