Description

Give yourself and your body a special treat with a 75-minute session of RolfingĀ® Structural Integration.

Named after its founder, Dr. Ida P. Rolf, RolfingĀ® Structural Integration is a certain form of bodywork through which the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body, get reorganized, so the body restores flexibility, finds more ease in gravity, gains more range of motion in joints, revitalizes the energy and leaves you feeling more comfortable within your self. Through this work your fascia gets hydrated and opens to more length and spaciousness in your body.
