Growing up in  California, two brothers ate at their favorite taqueria eight days a week. So it was a rude awakening for them to come east and realize that the same stuff simply wasn't available. They decided to do something about it! Leo, 34, and his younger brother Oliver, 29, are the founders of Dos Toros Taqueria, a Bay-Area style burrito chain that began as a single location off of New York City's Union Square in 2009.
