Description
This 1.5-hour class gives you everything you need to get started with indoor rock climbing! We’ll cover harnesses, knots, belaying with the Grigri, and get you climbing. You’ll learn everything you need to know to pass the belay test.
The Cliffs at LIC is NYC's premier indoor rock climbing facility! Whether you're trying out climbing for the first time or looking for new training grounds, The Cliffs has something to get you psyched on this dynamic + exciting sport.

Special Instructions
Rental equipment included. Minimum participant age is 14 years old. All participants must fill out waivers before the class, either on The Cliffs website or in the gym; participants under 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. For Long Island City location only.
