PCDS employs the Zoo Phonics curriculum.  Zoo Phonics is a nationally recognized curriculum and centers on the alphabet.  Since the alphabet is the foundation for all other learning, let's teach reading, spelling, writing, math, science, social studies, the arts, music, cooking, literature, and physical movement phonetically - alphabetically!  This way, children will learn the letters and letter sounds that unlock the doors to print.  At the same time, they will explore all other subjects through age appropriate activities and experiences.

Our program offers classes to children ranging in the ages from 18 months through Bridge.  Classes are divided into the following age groups:

18 months - 24 months (Tiny Tots, 2 day program)
24 months - 2.5 years (Tiny Tots 2 day program)
2.5 - 3.5 years (2 day or 3 day program)
3.5 - 4.5 years (3 day or 4 day program)
Pre- k (4 - 5 years, 3 day or 4 day program)
Bridge (5 + years, 4 day program)
