This is a 3 bdrm house located right off I25. It is in a very desirable part of ABQ. 3 min from I25, 5 min from I25 Studios, 45 min from Santa Fe, 12 minutes from downtown ABQ. It is also very close to the Balloon Fiesta Museum & Park.
The space

This home has been freshly remodeled and decorated in an eclectic and modern way. It is light, bright, peaceful, and tranquil.
Guest access

There is so much that guests will have access to. I25 is three minutes from the house and there are restaurants, grocery stores, banks, shopping, salons, frozen yogurt, and so much more just minutes away. The Balloon Fiesta Parkway is only 5-7 minutes from this home, and very frequently you will see the balloons from the home itself. We, the owners, live three minutes away and often enjoy watching the balloons from our own home. We also have watched them land throughout the neighborhoods in this specific area. It is a magical experience.
Interaction with guests

It is truly up to the guest. We can have as little or as much interaction with the guest, depending on what they desire. We live three minutes away and will be available for anything they may need.
Other things to note

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is also an ironing board, iron, laundry soap, and dryer sheets available to guests. Also, there are four beds total - two queen beds, and two twin beds (bunk bed). We do have an air mattress available as well.

We just ask that you treat the home and the things in the home kindly and respectfully. As a general rule, we do not allow pets, but can be flexible in certain circumstances. Smoking is not allowed in the home, but we do allow it in the backyard or front yard. If you do choose to smoke outside, please let us know and we will provide ash trays for you. (There is also an information sheet that you will see when you check in that will have more info that you may need regarding the home. The home may not be used for big parties or large number of people occupying the home other than the designated guests.)
