There's nothing more exhilarating then learning how to surf. Our Surf Lessons are all about ensuring learning is fun, safe and convenient for all students; meaning we have everything you need covered!
Our introductory lesson is a 2 hour session. The lesson includes top quality gear featuring RipCurl wet suits, soft top surfboards designed for comfort and highly qualified instructors.
Our instructors are first aid and CPR-certified, and are experienced Mavericks surfers. So, you're in good hands!
What makes surf lessons different then all others is our instructors are "local", learned to surf at this beach and have extensive knowledge about the area. Feel free to ask any questions about lesson, surf spots, Mavericks and or other "things of interest" in Half Moon Bay, CA.

FOUNDER, GUIDE, INSTRUCTOR
Tim has been surfing Mavericks and the surrounding coast for nearly 20 years with veteran knowledge of the waves and community. He was invited to many big wave surf competitions around the world, competing on the Big Wave World Tour and was part of the water rescue safety team. His biggest achievement in surfing was competing in the 2010 Mavericks Surf Contest which is considered one of the biggest surf events in the world.
