Wanna get in touch with your inner chi, but have no childcare? No worries, Manadala has you covered with this 10-pack of family classes. You and your child (ages 4-10) can both enjoy a yogal class at the same time- no babysitter required!

In the kids class, they will create a safe and caring space for children to have fun and make new friends, increase their ability to focus, and learn how to relax their minds and bodies.

To foster creativity, Mandala will incorporate games, partner poses, and storytelling. They will end each class with relaxing Savasana, time for sharing, and an art project. Their hope is that your child develops confidence, empathy for others, and a love of yoga.

Classes are offered Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri at 4pm.
