Beer pairing dinner for 8 consisting of appetizers through dessert. Each category of the meal will be paired with the appropriate beer, taking into consideration the season, spices, and herbs used in food preparation. Date and location to be decided upon between The Purchasers and The Piotrkowskis as schedules permit.

Sayre Piotrkowski, certified cicerone, has done consultation, education, pairing and promotional events for a broad variety of clients including Duvel USA, Bar Crudo, Zare Fly Trap, Bar Tartine, and Craftsman Brewing Company, as well as Chef’s Sarah Kirnon and Chris Kronner and the Court of Master Sommeliers. Currently, he is the East Bay Sales Manager for HenHouse Brewing and Distribution, overseeing the sales and account relations for five elite California brewers and one cider-maker in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
