Hors d'Oeuvres 

• Prosciutto wrapped prawns with pesto


• Smoked salmon envelopes tied with chive ribbon

Primo Appetizer

• Wild mushroom bisque with truffle oil - served in a demitasse

Secondo Appetizer

• Scallop Mousse

Entrée

• Beef tenderloin with red wine reduction, shallots and bacon

Salad 

• Butter lettuce with olive oil lemon dressing, candied walnuts and pomegranate

Cheese Cart

• Ash-coated goat cheese, aged Comté, Morbier and Beaufort with crostini, nuts, dried fruits and honey

Dessert

• Panna Cotta with fresh raspberries, caramel syrup and pastry flakes

Café

• Espresso and chocolate orange truffles
