Fibonacci is a term used to describe an amazing variety of phenomena in mathematics and science, art and nature. It represents balance and symmetry.

Using traditional Portuguese varieties, winemaker Rachel Martin crafted this cellar blend of Touriga Nacional (62%), Tinta Cao (25%) and Tempranillo (13%). An elegant and aromatic wine that captures the scent of purple violet blossoms, apple butter, and berry turnovers. It finishes with strawberry rhubarb, rose water, and white pepper on the palate. It is a complex, balanced wine that demands contemplation.
