Description
The winning bidder will receive a certificate good for one (1) week's tuition at either Camp Omi, or Arts Lab: Creative Studies for Teens, or ArtGarden.
Valid for one session (1 week) of any of the following programs:
Camp Omi - Ages 6-13, June 25 through Aug. 3
Artgarten - Ages 4 & 5 June 25 through Aug. 3
Arts Labs for Teens 13+ Plein Air Painting Society (July 23-27)
Arts Labs for Teens 13+ Playwright's Dreamshop (July 30-Aug.3)
Arts Labs for Teens 13+ Photo in the Expanded Fiield (Aug. 6-10)
Camp Omi is a unique, arts-based day program on the stunning grounds of the Omi International Arts Center in Ghent, NY. The program allows kids ages 4 1/2 to 12 to explore contemporary art and ideas through a variety of media and experiences.
Children are grouped by age and participate in workshops that focus on different creative disciplines. Daily activities include swimming, exploration of The Fields sculpture park and Charles B. Benenson Visitors Center & Gallery, “Stage Time”, group meetings, and lots of play. Children also have opportunities to visit and work directly with our international artists-in-residence.
Camp Omi: Artgarten is now open. Join us this year for Columbia County’s most popular day camp for young artists! Camp Omi: Artgarten serves our 4 and 5 year-olds in a specially-crafted environment that allows for exploration, play, and making in a small group setting. Led by two teaching artists and experienced assistants, this program features a variety of art projects, outdoor adventures, music, storytelling, swim and splash time, and special guest visits. Draw, Paint, Sculpt, Dance, Play, Perform, Collaborate, Explore, Encounter, and CREATE!
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM
Ages: 4-5 (Children MUST be 4 at the time of camp)
Arts Lab: Creative Studies for Teens offers two different week-long camps for teens ages 13+. These writing workshops engage students in meaningful artistic processes and are guided by experienced artist-educators. Daily activities also include swimming and exploration of The Fields sculpture park. Please click the links below for more information about the different programs:

- Playwriter's Dreamshop August 6-10 (M-F, 9am-3pm)
Special Instructions
- The winning bidder will receive one (1) gift certificate good a week’s tuition at either Camp Omi, Artgarten, or Arts Lab.
- It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to reserve a spot for their camper. Reservations are based on availability and are at the discretion of Omi International Art Center.
