Special Instructions
The event organizers will provide the property owners with your contact information and you will be contacted directly by them shortly after the event. Stay is subject to availability. A signed rental agreement and US$500 fully refundable security deposit are required from winning bidder. Stay required within 12 calendar months from the date of the event. Non-transferrable to third parties without prior authorization directly from the property owners (purchased as a gift for immediate family members is typically acceptable).
PLEASE NOTE: The Casa has 3 bedrooms that sleep UP TO 6 PEOPLE with 1 king bed, 1 double bed, and 2 twin beds. Please plan accordingly and be sure that your sleeping arrangements do not include sofas or air mattresses. Thank you in advance for noting this in your vacation planning!
