Constituting America founder and co-chair, Actress Janine Turner, is a brilliant speaker and a scholar on the U.S. Constitution, just one of her many accomplishments. She has a rich history as a movie and stage actress, poet, model, mentor, author, radio personality, newspaper columnist and is a registered breeder of her beloved Longhorns at her north Texas ranch.
She has also raised an accomplished, poised and beautiful daughter, Juliette, who before she was 16, published two best selling books: "Our Constitution Rocks" and "Our Presidents Rock" and had her first fiction book published in early 2016. They do many speaking and Skype sessions across the United States to schools and events.

Our mission is to utilize the culture and multi-media outreach such as television, music, film, internet, and social media to reach, educate and inform America’s adults and students about the importance of the U.S. Constitution and the foundation it sets forth regarding our freedoms and rights.
Our multi-tiered approach features a contest for kids, a school speaking program, academic forums with Constitutional Scholars, and Patriot Clubs. "Janine Turner is an Emmy and three-time Golden Globe nominated actress known to millions of fans for her role as Maggie O’Connell in the CBS hit, Emmy award winning show, Northern Exposure.
Janine’s lustrous film career includes starring in NBC’s Friday Night Lights, in feature films such as Steel Magnolias, Cliffhanger with Sylvester Stallone, Dr. T and the Women with Richard Gere, Night of the White Pants with Tom Wilkinson and in Universal’s Leave it to Beaver as June Cleaver. In her most recent movie role she portrays Anthony Hopkins’ wife in the feature film Solace. As a producer, director, Janine won Best New Director at both the Deep Ellum and Beverly Hills Film Festivals for her short film, Trip in a Summer Dress.

Janine has a passion for America, the founding fathers and the United States Constitution. Launched in 2010, it is the only non-partisan organization that promotes through the We the Future Contest the winners and their works – their movies, songs, PSAs, STEM creations, essays and speeches – on television, in the movie theatres, on the radio, in print, social media, and the internet to inspire other students and adults to learn about the United States Constitution.
