On March 22nd through the 27th, Urban Surf 4 Kids is proud to give the opportunity to a few foster youth from Florida a chance to go to Puerto Rico for the 1st ever "Dreaming of Puerto Rico Trip". This Surf and Serve trip will be 5 days where our youth will have a once in a lifetime experience!

Our mountain home is located in The Fairways at Pole Creek (http://www.thefairwaysatpolecreekhoa.com/) in the Colorado Rockies between Winter Park (15 minutes) and Rocky Mountain National Park (1 hour). We are near two ski areas (Winter Park and Granby Ranch) and Snow Mountain Ranch (snowmountainranch.org) borders The Fairways.

We are a quick taxi ride from the Fraser stop for Amtrak, which comes in from the west coast and the east, including Denver. It's only a slightly longer taxi ride from the Snow Train stop in Winter Park.

The house has four bedrooms, a bunk room, two large and sunny living areas, and is a popular visiting spot for numerous wildlife, including moose, deer, martins, foxes, chipmunks, and a wide variety of birds. We hope to welcome you soon.

Terms: Not valid during peak periods and Holiday periods. Dates confirmed 90 days or less from check in. Cleaning fee $200 paid upon confirmation of dates. Expire one year from auctions ending date.
