Description

"Reveal of the Final Four" in the Women On 20's Campaign

The creation of this  ""Reveal of the Final Four" work by Nina Dina was videotaped and used to reveal the four candidates who emerged from the "Primary Round"  in the historic Women On 20s 2015 campaign: Eleanor Roosevelt,  Wilma Mankiller, Harriet Tubman, and Rosa Parks.  24" x 32"  Comes with Certificate of Authencity

In the final round of voting for Women on 20's campaign, Harriet Tubman won convincingly and convinced the then Treasury Secretary, Jack Lew, along with hundreds of thousands of supporters that Harriet Tubman belonged on the $20, in place of Andrew Jackson and that women deserved more than the $10 originally offered.

He also ultimately adopted the suffragist tableau W20 suggested for the reverse of the $10, and also gave us a bonus of Eleanor Roosevelt, Marian Anderson and Martin Luther King on the $5, to commemorate civil rights at the Lincoln Memorial.
