Attorney Joy Conwell is donating an hour of her time for legal services that can include your business-related real estate matters, or your contract forms or matters, as described below:

•Consultation (in person or by teleconference) regarding your business-related real estate or contract questions
•Document form preparation for your business (such as agisting, stud service or animal sales contracts).

Joy practiced law full time for 28 years, focusing on commercial real estate and transactional work involving contracts and written documents for buyers and sellers, as well as lessees and lessors. She maintained licenses in four states (Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and New York), but also worked in many other states around the country as a partner in a large law firm until the spring of 2017, when she resigned from her long-time affiliation with the firm. She now practices on a part-time basis while enjoying building a new business with her suri alpaca herd.
