The TRIO system uses science to build a customised training plan for any individual that will lead them to their peak performance through proper technique and form. We address weight loss, muscle gain, improving endurance, and injury prevention/recovery. We welcome everyone, from athletes training to make an Olympics team, to non-athletes recovering from an injury, to those who simpy want to live a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Special Instructions
Our trainers hold professional certificates, and are either Certified Strength Conditioning Coaches or Performance Enhancement Specialists.
