Description
On June 29, 1998, the new nave organ was inaugurated in Cologne Cathedral. The "Swallow's Nest" organ owes its name to its exposed location at 20 m height on the north wall of the nave. The project was realized by the renowned Bonn organ building workshop Johannes Klais; Bonn-based photographer Renate Hofmann accompanied the two-year-old creation of this organ with her camera.
