Two hours of consultation on tax or accounting topics, or the preparation of tax year 2018 (or prior year) personal federal (Form 1040) and state tax returns with common tax schedules, up to a $300 value. Unusual or more extended needs can be arranged. Services would need to be completed by December 31, 2019. Services can be arranged and conducted in person, by phone, by postal mail, and/or by electronic communications. Jeffrey Verkuilen, MBA, CPA, FAGO, in addition to his music activities, is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin, and is the owner of Verkuilen & Associates CPAs, Inc., a firm that specializes in accounting and tax services for small businesses and individuals. In the music arena, Jeff serves as Organist and Sanctuary Choir Director for First United Methodist Church in Green Bay, as well as organist for the diocesan liturgies of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay. He also teaches as an adjunct faculty member at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. A member of the AGO's Finance and Development Committee, Jeff has held several offices in regional and local capacities of the Guild, including the North Central Region's Education Coordinator and Competitions Coordinator, Dean and Education Coordinator of the Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter, and Coordinator of the 1997 Region VI Convention.
