- Winner must contact Roclord Studio by: June 18, 2018 and complete session by August 21, 2018

- No substitutions

- No digital files or CDs

- No business photos or "headshots"

- No-show to any schedule appointment voids this certificate

- 72 hour cancellation policy

- Must meet in studio and select your gift photo within 14 days of photo session or gift certificate becomes void

- Must attend all three scheduled appointments

If you comply with the time restrictions there is no obligation to purchase anything beyond the value of the gift certificate. We will do our best to accomodate your busy schedule. If there is an excessive delay in returning to view the photos, at our discretion, we will honor the free photo only with a minimum purchase.
