This trip on Putah Creek outside Winters, CA will be with Richard Loft, a licensed guide, during 2019. Richard is owner of Napa Valley Fly Guides. Putah Creek is Richard's speciality. It is a tailwater; just below Lake Berryessa; a 4.5 mile stretch of clean, cold fresh water for the now native Rainbow Trout in the recently designated, Snow Mountain Lake Berryessa National Monument.

The trip includes waders and boots for both people, rods, reels and all associated fly-fishing gear. It also includes the guests' favorite non-alchoholic drinks and water. Guests must bring their own lunch and have a fishing license.

Availability does depend on Richard's current bookings at that time and weekdays are better because there are fewer crowds, but any day is OK.  Richard does not guide Putah Creek from December 1 - March 1 due to trout spawning season; but guests can fish on the Yuba River in Marysville if they want to do during that time.
