Availability - The home can be scheduled by the winning bidder during the week or over weekends during May 1 to November 15, 2019.  The most popular non-summer months will be May, October and early November.  Children are allowed but no pets. There is a refundable damage deposit of $100 and a cleaning fee of $125.
