‘Vanilla Pine Cottage,’ a 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental cabin, was born of a free spirit looking to settle down in a place as unique as her. As a true Colorado gem, Grand Lake makes newcomers and natives alike feel right at home in the alpine. This newly built cabin hosts 7 with 1,000 square feet and a private deck. Enjoy the rustic mountain setting only 2 blocks from the beach, a short stroll from town and an easy drive from the ski slopes as you channel the cabin’s spirit of a true adventurer!

A noteworthy exterior marked by a mix of stone and wood welcomes you to ‘Vanilla Pine Cottage.’ With an interior as unique as its exterior, this custom-built cabin is sure to satisfy your Western wanderlust!

Step inside and stand in awe of the vaulted ceilings overhead and the natural wood trim all around. Leathered granite surfaces, vintage artwork and a mix of modern and medieval light fixtures exude elegance, while a gas fireplace and rustic wood elements capture the warmth of a cabin.

Curl up on the custom bench in the dining nook to read under the natural light cascading in through large picture windows while lunch is prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Outfitted with a standalone island and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare après-ski snacks.

Enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar set for 2 or head outside to take full advantage of the southern sun exposure on the front deck. Breathe in the fresh alpine air as you feast your eyes on the mountains from the comfort of your patio table.

When the evening chill starts to creep in, retreat inside to warm up by the fireplace and search for a show to stream on the 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV.

Wash up in your full en-suite bathroom, highlighted by weathered-wood accents and a mosaic walk-in shower, before sprawling out on the king bed in the master bedroom for a good night’s sleep!

Our Pinot Grigio wine originates from the Italy’s renowned and famous area called “Delle Venezie”. An area which embraces the 3 regions located in the Northern-Eastern part if Italy: Veneto, Friuli and Trentino.
We select the grapes from the vineyards located in the hill’s where the climate is characterized by warm days and cool nights. This ideal climatic situation naturally enhances both the complexity of the aromatic profile as well the zesty crisp acidy.

WINEMAKING
After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to hold the freshness of the fruity expression in the wine. The juice is cold-fermented and then stored on yeast in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to favor the flavor complexity.
