The Old Northside Bed & Breakfast is located in the middle of the historic Old Northside neighborhood in Indianapolis which is on the historic register as the Dewenter-Greenen House, built in 1885 by industrialist Herman Dewenter. Local businessman/entertainer/politician Gary Hofmeister acquired the house in 1994 to make it into a luxury Bed & Breakfast worthy of its history and lineage.

Original artwork from various parts of the world adorn the walls and a Ukrainian artist hand painted several murals and ceilings of the quaint Bed and Breakfast located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
