- Cirque du Soleil and/or Mandalay Bay Resort are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets and/or vouchers. Management reserves all rights.
- Once you have made your reservation, simply bring your confirmation number, photo ID, and the voucher to the Mandalay Bay Will Call Line of the Michael Jackson ONE Ticket Office any day or at least one hour prior to show time and exchange for tickets. All reservations are final.
