our menu is 100% plant-based (yessss! even our meats, cheeses, and ice cream are made from plants!).

we work with local small businesses to source our beer, booze, coffee, tea, artisan cheeses, seasonal herbs and art. and, we’re always seeking to cook with locally grown vegetables by working with school garden programs, community gardens, and freight farms.
