Go for the real VIP treatment at the walkathon.  Winner of this item will have a 12'X12' pop up tent set up for an afternoon of dedicated shade, Love Seat, Two seats and a table, skip the dinner line by having pre ordered dinners delivered** to your tent by our volunteers, 8 snack tickets with a volunteer's delivery of your snacks, and your choice of one of two locations for the VIP tent.

Special Notes:

**Dinner includes delivery only since dinner orders and payment were due before the start of this auction, so please pick up your dinner tickets at the bank before arriving at your tent. If the winner of this item did not order dinners in advance, we apologize we cannot add that on as part of this offer.

Winner needs to let us know at acpcauction@gmail.com by noon Thursday, 10/11/18 three things: what time you would like snacks delivered, what time you would like dinner delivered, and if you would like the tent set up on the lawn by the flagpole or in the soccer field grass in the middle of the walkathon track. If notification is not given, times will be 3:00 snacks, 4:30 dinner, and flagpole lawn.

Tent, table and seating arrngement are for your enjoyment during the event, but are not items to be kept as part of winning this auction item.
