Erin and her team train a diverse clientele of ages and abilities, and before you begin, will take time to understand what youre feeling and going through to obtain a better idea of the changes you want to make. Together, you will set goals, milestones, and a schedule. Erin recognizes that each person is different and she will take the time to get to know your differences to set up a plan that works the best with you.
