Since 1991, Hollander's has been nationally recognized as specialists in decorative papers and bookbinding supplies. Their famous retail store is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan and stocks over 2,000 unique decorative papers, as well as many traditional artist papers. Most of these papers are imported from around the world and include large collections of Florentine prints, Japanese designs, and hand marbled papers.

Hollander's bookbinding supplies are geared towards the beginning and intermediate levels of the craft. Along with a wide range of adhesives, hand tools, and book repair supplies, they also sell different types of book board, as well as offer custom board cutting services. In addition, Hollander's carries a wide variety of book cloths, goat and cow leathers, and imitation leathers and suede.
In Hollander's large downstairs space, they have taught book and paper arts workshops for over 20 years.

The business is owned by Tom and Cindy Hollander. Prior to opening their store in 1991, they spent many years creating a small craft business making and selling decorative boxes, books, and various desk accessories. Hollander's recently celebrated their store's 26th Anniversary.
