Artist: Mellissa Morris

Mellissa Morris is an expressive abstract artist working with painting, collage, drawing, and printmaking techniques. Morris is currently the Artist-In-Residence at Studio 46 on the Hyannis HyArts Campus Town of Barnstable. Morris has lived her whole life on Cape Cod. The eldest daughter of seven children. Graduate of The University of Massachusetts, with a Masters in Fine Arts Painting. In addition to her Hyannis workspace Morris also has a working artist space at the Old School House Art Studios in Barnstable. Her work is displayed at her co-owned and operated establishment, The Little Sandwich Shop in Hyannis, and exhibits throughout Cape Cod and New England.
