Beautiful Handwoven Scarf by Carolyn Jones-Studio Ix Chel

Item Number: 117
Time Left: CLOSED

Description
This beautiful one-of-a-kind scarf was handwoven and donated by local artist-weaver, Carolyn Jones, of Studio Ix Chel. This beautiful piece is soft! It's made 100% of tencel (sustainably farmed, spun in Canada, dyed in the USA). The piece uses a lot of primary colors - red, blue, and yellow, but you will find orange and green woven throughout as well. These colors make this functional, work-of-art scarf very versatile.
This polychrome eco weave scarf is 7 feet 9 inches long, 7 inches wide, and has 6 inches of fringe on both ends. Care instructions: handwash, line dry, hot iron.
"Don't let the weird 1970 polyester shirt colors of this scarf scare you away - It looks great on and goes with absolutely everything! I have a scarf just like this and I wear it ALL the time!" states artist-weaver, Carolyn Jones.
