Carter House Inns & Restaurant 301 has donated a gift certificate for a five-course Discovery Dinner for two.  Diners can select from options within each of the five course dinner menu.  You are in for a treat.  

Located on the main floor of our Hotel Carter building in Eureka, California is the award-winning Restaurant 301. Recognized for its innovative seasonal menus, superb service, and farm-to-table philosophy; dining at Restaurant 301 is sure to make for an incredible culinary experience. While many guests of Carter House Inns enjoy a complimentary breakfast with us each morning between 7:30 to 9:30 am; we welcome all visitors to join us for dinner service between 5 and 8:30 pm each evening.

Our quest for dining excellence began almost 30 years ago when the Carters decided to plant an edible flower and vegetable garden for culinary use. The Carter family has always held the farm-to-table belief of raising their own fresh produce and bringing it to life in the kitchen. This practice is still observed today by our chefs, with the use of fresh herbs and vegetables from our on-site Carter Gardens. We are proud to source all of our ingredients from local, organic farms – providing you with the finest dishes from start to finish.
