Larkin Gallery and Post Office Gallery artist Kenneth Hawkey was born in upsatet New York, discovered New England, and then settled in Truro permanently in 1991 when his first one-man show was presented in Provincetown. Since then there have been many artistic successes, developments, awards, exhibits, teachings and explorations. He is the recipient of two LCCCultural Council Grants to create art, and his work has appeared in many venues from Provincetown to Falmouth, in national juried shows and in touring shows in New York. His current solo exhibition in Provincetown runs through Septemeber 5.
