The New England shore has been at the center of Jim Holland’s work for 30 years. His oils and watercolors explore the colors of light and form near the ocean; an expansive and peaceful place where colors can be brilliant or nearly monochromatic. His stripped down realism explores how different light affects moods. Jim’s studio is in Orleans, MA. His work has been exhibited throughout the Northeast, in one-person and group shows and private and institutional collections.
