Adjustable heat control keeps soups at a safe serving temperature while preventing over cooking. Stainless steel hinged no-drip lid allows cover to be opened but not removed during service. Removable 18-10 stainless steel Bain Marie inner pot. Double wall construction keeps outer surface cooler to the touch.
