The winner is responsible for a fee of $160 per adult, per night, based on double occupancy. These mandatory supplements cover dining, beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities, activities, service charges, and gratuities. Government tax is additional. Reservations are required, based on availability and some restrictions apply. Winning bidder may reserve up to two rooms (double occupancy), so you can vacation comfortably with your friends. Guests may choose to upgrade accommodations for $40 per night plus tax. Airfare is NOT included. There are no blackout dates, but there is a surcharge of $100 per person per night December 21- April 15, and if traveling during this period, stay is limited to one room only. Air transportation must be purchased before final confirmation of stays Dec 21-Jan 3 and Feb 7-21. Certificate expires December 20, 2020. Value is based on two rooms.
