This signed, archival print is from a colorful painting of The Mount Vernon Neighbors by Greg Otto. The unframed image is 24" X 18", overall size is 28" X 22". For over 30 years Greg Otto has painted the urban landscape. A recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts grant, he is a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art.
