Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions is donating one Lennox M30 Wi-Fi, color, touchscreen, programmable thermostat to replace an existing one. It is to be installed in the same location and connected to the existing wiring. Auction winner must have Wi-Fi router in the home to connect to the Internet. Customer will need to download the I-Comfort app on their smart device (phone, tablet, or computer) to use the thermostat remotely, and the M30 is compatible with Echo or Echo Dot for voice activation. Installation is included. This product will replace most thermostat controls with existing wiring and although unlikely, if additional wiring needs to be done, there will be an additional charge quoted at time of installation.
